We have seen the coupe version, and now its time to see the sedan version of the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series. Yup… we spotted the prototype of the C63 AMG Black Series sedan running around at the ‘Ring – Nurburgring – with no camouflage sheet on. We draw some possibilities regarding the less camouflage sheet, we think that this prototype could be at the final stage of development; or this is an early prototype that which will be the marking some ground points for the more upgrading version of the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series.

Judging by the photos, the prototype Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series sedan has wider front and rear tracks, with the aerodynamic items that also functioned as a visual role to bring a fierce look. This prototype has been scheduled to hit the European market next year. Now that explains why the C63 AMG Black Series sedan has less camouflage sheet on it.

On the engine and performance part, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series sedan might be powered by naturally-aspirated 6.2L V8 which is being replaced by the twin-turbo 5.5L V8 that again, it follows the same engine for the coupe. With top speed reaches at 517 horsepower. Should we refer the C63 AMG Black Series sedan as sportscar sedan instead of ordinary sedan?

The 2012 BMW ActiveHybrid 5 is ready to give hybrid sedan new attitude. Alongside with its siblings ActiveHybrid 3 which is currently on progress, the Bavarian automaker wants to gain a bit of supremacy by giving hybrid vehicle a new luxury standard feature.

The 2012 ActiveHybrid 5 is combining the 3.0L TwinPower Turbo inline V6 that equips with an electric drive system coupled to an 8-speed automatic transmission. It’s not purely hybrid, but we kudos Bavarian carmaker to be able to pull the hybrid sedan in the production form, not merely a concept. The additional electric motor responsible for giving a boost of 55 horsepower with the total power output will be 340 horsepower.

The base price for 2012 BMW ActiveHybrid 5 for German market is €62,900/$85,702. Wait… does it sound more expensive than the 535i, doesn’t it? Yes, we are afraid that is true as it costs €12,200 more expensive than the 535i which powered by the 3.0L turbocharged V6.  If you are confuse which one you have to choose, let put it this way: buying the 2012 ActiveHybrid 5 means you do a little favor helping to save the mother nature; buying the 535i means you do care about the existence of the mother nature, but being a speed-addict is bit difficult to choose the hybrid sedan.

The hybrid powertrain on the 2012 BMW ActiveHybrid 5 brilliantly limits the fuel consumption around 6.4 and 7.0L per 100km (44 – 40 mpg). The CO2 emission figures for the 2012 ActiveHybrid 5 sedan score at 149 grams per km. One of the highlighted features on the hybrid 5-series is it can be driven electric-only mode with the top speed around 60 km/h (37 mph). Taking this hybrid sedan for a sprint, it will be able to hit 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.9 seconds with top speed at 155 mph (250 km/h).

Yup… the M3 makes the internet has been buzzing about the next generation of the German sedan.  Despite its just an exterior package, we just can’t get our eyes of off the black and shiny M3.

Come on… if you refer yourself as a die-hard fans of BMW, especially the M3, you will be able to answer it easily. Okay, the base platform for the M3 by Prior Design takes the cues from the regular 3-Series sedan. You see… that is why the design cues are very recognizable, right?

It doesn’t stop there, because Prior Design offers optional extras for the customers in the form of M3-inspired vented bonnet, special exterior mirrors, and a boot lid which derived the styling from E46 M3 CSL

You have seen the spyshots of the 2014 BMW M3, right? All the camouflage sheet all over the body makes us imagining how the sedan look like. Well, thanks to the Facebook page of the Wild-Speed, we know how the 2014 M3 will look like.

The entry level for the 2014 BMW  M3 sedan is in the form of 361i with 136 horsepower and powered by the same engine as the 1-Series which is the 1.6L; then the 320i that has the same engine and able to give power up to 184 horsepower. Last but not least, the 328i with the new 2.0L engine that offers 245 horsepower.

The diesel engine for the 2014 M3 sedan again shares the same powerplant with 1-Series. The 316d produces 114 horsepower while the 318d gives 141 horsepower. We predict that the 320d will be the best-selling sedan because it offers 181 horsepower. If you are looking for more power, your choice will be the 323d with 200+ horsepower under its hood.

To complete the line-up, the 2014 BMW M3 sedan will be available in ActiveHybrid 3. The hybrid version of 3-Series will be powered by the same 3.0L engine on the 335i with the electric motor gives total output 340 horsepower.

We appreciate – more like adore – what the Hess Motorsports has done for showing the other side of the Mercedes-Benz E350 sedan.

Let’s start with the exterior of the Mercedes-Benz E350 sedan, shall we? The guys at Hess Motorsports really know how to bring the aesthetic parts to next level. There are two discreet styling elements on the E350 namely on the upper rear spoiler and a lower rear trunk spoiler.

To make the E350 sedan looks like Batman the Dark Knight, Hess Motorsport also added a Llumar medium dark tint for the windows alongside with the Gloss Black paint for final touch of fierce look. Just can’t get your eyes off those shiny black paint, can you?
