The answer to that question lies on the camouflage sheet. The first series of spyshots of the 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL was covered in less camouflage sheet, in brown sheet to be exact. But the new spyshots revealed that the 2013 SL appeared in a bit of heavy camouflage sheet. It is about time the three-pointed German automaker release the new SL as the latest version was in 2003.
That is true, folks… the previous version of the 2013 SL coupe was launched in 2003 with the facelifted version offered in 2008. Okay, as you can see on the photos we attached, Mercedes-Benz is very determine that all their models have at least one or two resemblances just to know that they are the product from the three-pointed carmaker.
The interior of the 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL pretty much reminds us with the same interior design of the new SLK. One more thing, take a look at the gearshift knob; does it remind you of something? Our prediction is the gearshift knob is taking the cues from SLS AMG. Right under radio controls, we can see the long line of metallic buttons just like the ones on the new SLK. The steering wheel of the 2013 SL coupe comes with square buttons design instead of the round ones.
