The possibility we will see the Bentley SUV both in concept or production version is late 2014 because the luxury carmaker has scheduled their SUV to enter the market in 2015. Rumor has it that the mysterious Bentley SUV will be using a 12-cylinder petrol engine. Wait, Bentley wants to make a SUV that might challenge the Bugatti?

Well, perhaps if we are looking at the engine choice in the form of 12-cylinder or to make it more clear, a W12 engine. That is the same engine that powered a Bugatti without a turbocharge system. But with Bentley, we doubt it that the SUV will stay on pure W12 engine, because there is a big possibility that the SUV will be powered by a W12 with a turbocharged system.

So, why Bentley chooses W12 engine for a SUV? Bentley has one thing to convey on the automotive world: luxury. And using the W12 engine will be emphasizing Bentley’s supremacy on the luxury car segment – or should we change it into luxury SUV segment? Other reason is might be because the W12 is currently powering the Continental range and it would be save some money because Bentley doesn’t have to do research and development of the new engine for the SUV.

Bentley keeps the SUV project in complete hush-hush which means we have to use our probability cause. Probably, the SUV has other engine option in form of diesel to challenge the next-gen of Audi Q7 that is powered by the V12 TDI unit. The arrival of the 2012 Bentley Continental GT2 coupe has been officially confirmed by the Bentley CEO Durheimer. He stated that the two-door (which means its in coupe form, right?) version of GT2 Continental will be ready next year.

It’s not the coupe form that excites us, but the total power output for 2012 Bentley Continental GT2 that might be able to reach up to 650 horsepower. Question: which type of engine that can offer that kind of power – the W12 or the V8? Come on… a 5th grader that addicted watching automotive TV series is smarter than you. Frankly speaking, both W12 and V8 are able to create 650 horsepower; but we think the W12 is more fitted with the overall look of 2012 Continental GT2 coupe.

The 2012 Bentley Continental GT2 will not only carry massive power under its hood, but the coupe will be having a strict diet in order to reach certain weight level. The total weight loss needs to be shed by the 2012 Continental GT2 is around 200 kg (400 lbs) from the current weight 2,200 kg (4,400 lbs). Sounds familiar? Honestly, the weight loss program for the GT2 is similar with what the Porsche 911 GT3 RS has. Guess we have to credit the Bentley engineers to be able to pull that off.

With the base price at $205,600; the Bentley Continental GTC already sets place on the luxury sedan segment. Judging by the interior, we pretty much sure that the luxury sedan will carry nothing else than luxury, classy, and elegant styling.

The Bentley Continental Flying Spur Linley Limited Edition will carry some key elements of Linley in the cabin like the Linley veneers that made from Santos rosewood. The Linley veneers can be found on the Bentley Continental Flying Spur Linley Limited Edition, especially on the fascia, console, waistrail, and roof console. This kind of design is the first time integration between the Santos rosewood and definitely emphasizes the luxury sedan styling for Bentley Continental Flying Spur Linley Limited Edition.

As four-seater luxury convertible, the 2012 Bentley Continental GTC has got some serious exterior and interior changes and let’s not forgets about the improvements on the performance side too.

The major changes applied on the 2012 Bentley Continental GTC  four-seater convertible on the cosmetic area include redesigned headlamps with LED daytime-running lights, a more upright matrix radiator grille and new “double horseshoe” rear profile. We don’t know what “double horseshoe” means, but when we watch the video here, we get the point. To complete the luxury look, the 2012 Bentley Continental GTC carries 20-inch wheels which are now standard with three styles o f21-inch wheels for the GTC, available as an option.
