BMW keeps looking for other ways to expand partnership. As soon as they signed agreement with Toyota, the Bavarian carmaker is ready for new partnership that will target their fuel cell development. This can be caused by the fact that Honda and Daimler which under the same group with GM is the least of carmakers that don’t having significant improvements in fuel cells development. In order to settle this problem, GM is finding a partner where both not only exchanging engines, but also developing new, eco-friendly engine.

The only way GM can pull this project off is by signing a mutual agreement with BMW. As we all pretty much aware that the Bavarian automaker has started to develop their fuel cell version and even mounted on the 1- and 7-Series as prototype. Unfortunately, this project has been terminated and replaced by the marketing process of i3 and i8.

We don’t if the agreement between BMW and GM is official or not. According to autoevolution.com, the Bavarian and US carmaker are joining to develop the fuel cell cars. The funny thing is that GM has no confirmation at all about the rumored agreement; while the BMW only referred their meeting with GM to be about “discussing various future technologies”.

My idiot neighbor apparently invested a sizable slice of change on GM stock on Tuesday – the next day of the personal bankruptcy filing. What’s going to occur to that stock? Will it become, essentially, a “cent” stock, a turn-around quick-trade not-really-connected-towards the-company-at-all factor? Or perhaps is he privately brilliant and can shortly double his cash? Does anybody know?

Pending Chapter 11, exactly why is GM near collapse? Don’t merely the compounded problems in the housing industry and also the decline from the economy.
