The leaked design for the soft-top version of the Porsche 911 Cabriolet was founded by the autoevolution.com from an online forum. Still from the leaked design, we also found out that the retracted roof is now away with the rigid tonneau cover at the back.

An anonymous source stated that the Semirigid roof for the Porsche 911 Cabriolet is could be completed with an optional sunroof that is made from a large tinted glass or aluminum panel where they will be placed on top of the roof. If you have difficulties imagining it, the top configuration might be similar to the MINI Cabrio.

Rumor: BMW is Working on a Case for the Z4 M?

BMW Z4 sDrive20i front view Rumor: BMW is Working on a Case for the Z4 M?

It just yesterday BMW unveiled the Z4 models for the UK market and since that, there has been rumor that mentioned the Bavarian automaker is currently working the case for the Z4 M with their M Division. Okay, before we jump even deeper into this rumor/the truth, let’s see the reasons why BMW got this rumor. Suppose that the Bavarian carmaker does developing the case for the Z4 M sportscar, it is understandable because the competition is getting stiffer than ever. Stiffer competition means every carmaker has to find way to please their customers and to attract more prospective customers.

After some diggings, we found out that BMW’s little project on the case for Z4 M is true. As we quoted from autoevolution.com, Albert Biermann – Head of Product Development at BMW stated, “There are days when it hurts not to have one, but there was no compelling business case at the time when the decision was taken. We are trying to make a case but there are so many factors to consider.”

Let’s make that statement more clear: BMW has the resources to make a case for the Z4 M, and yet, there are other priorities which make the project have to step down couple of steps and no longer in top priority. Another rumor stated that even if the Bavarian carmaker creates a case, it could be for the M2 which is based on the new 2-Series, not for the Z4. Just so you know, the 2-Series is intended to be a light sportscar that could be available in coupe and convertible configuration. Guess we just have to wait what this project will be, right?

Debut for 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG

2012 Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG Debut for 2012 Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG

The most asked question: when will the 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG get its introductory? The wait is over folks as the three-pointed German automaker has chose the perfect venue so we can witness the SUV that brings lots of horses under its hood. Can you guess which venue will that be? That is right, the LA Auto Show next month. So, let’s see what this bad boy version of the ML has to offer, shall we?

The 2012 ML63 AMG will be filling the SUV line-up. This is not just ordinary SUV, but it is SUV with more power and undisputed luxury design. We think that the road for the 2012 model year of ML63 AMG might not be difficult as we don’t think that the SUV could be competing against the still-mysterious Maserati SUV.

On the engine and performance the 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG is powered by the menacing new 5.5L twin-turbo V8 which we all know its replacing the stunning naturally-aspirated 6.2L V8. Okay, the displacement has been cut down, will get twin-turbo, but we are more than sure that the 2012 ML63 AMG is carrying more power.

Mercedes-Benz stated that the 2012 ML63 AMG SUV has new forced induction unit that gives 518 horsepower. It doesn’t stop there as the Performance Package option is also available for the 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG and this package delivers 550 horsepower of total power output. That is about it for now as we will get the chance to scoop the interior and overall design of the luxury SUV next month.
