No need to play guessing what powertrain under the hood of the 2013 Audi A6 Allroad station wagon as the German automaker stated that the changes are covered on the exterior and interior, not the performance part. The powertrain in question is none other than the diesel – first choice and a must for European market – and gasoline.

The base trim for the 2013 Audi A6 Allroad station wagon might be powered by 2.0L TDI with 180 horsepower. The variants are 2.0 TDI V6 that able to provide 204, 245, or 310 horsepower. Not bad for family-oriented station wagon, eh?

It all started when the three-pointed automaker announced that the 2012 model year for the G-Klasse will be using V12 powerplant. It seems like the boys at the MKB tuning house can’t for the upcoming GL, so the created their own version of Mercedes-Benz GL with V12 engine.

Yes, the MKB offers the customers a V12 engine package for the Mercedes-Benz GL SUV. Don’t think that what they offer is the ordinary V12. With the skills as tuning specialist, MKB upgrading the V12 engine for the GL SUV. The improvements resulted in new 668 horsepower with peak torque 88 lb-ft at 1,200 rpm.

Take the Mercedes-Benz GL SUV with V12 engine from MKB, it will reach 0 to 62 mph in 4.4 seconds with top speed flat out at 168 mp (270 km/h). MKB already improved the stopping power by giving 380mm ceramic disc brakes alongside with not one, but 6-piston calipers for the front axle.

If you want to have the V12 package by MKB installed to your Mercedes-Benz GL SUV, it will take around 6 months to complete the work with price tag sets at €217,568 (around $294,028).

Happy birthday for BMW 528i sedan as it turns 30 and to celebrate the special occasion, the Bavarian automaker offers limited edition to the Japanese market dubbed as “BMW 528i 30th Anniversary Edition”. The limited edition for the 528i only available for 200 units.

The idea of making limited edition of the BMW 528i is the Bavarian company wants to make it as collector’s antique. Now, why bother creating old-school sedan where the customers are living the modern life style?

The cycle of trend both in fashion and on the automotive world share the same platform: back to basic or back to old-school stuffs. As for the BMW 528i with the 30th Anniversary Edition is giving the customers a nostalgic feeling. In order to do that, the limited 528i sedan prefers to be powered by the 3.0L straight V6 engine instead of the new 2.0L turbocharged powerplant.

Are these pictures belong to 2014 BMW M3 sedan? Yes, they are. We are as surprise as you are, folks; but the spyshots never lie. The rumor about the Bavarian carmaker about to drop vehicle in the form of sedan has been buzzing around as we spotted some spyshots on other models too.

As the M4 four-door coupe on its way, it means that the Bavarian auto manufacturer has no choice but to send the 2014 M3 sedan prototype for test drive. The very early test drive can also mean that BMW has lots of upgrades before releasing the teaser for use. Usually like that, right? Okay then, what does the 2014 BMW M3 sedan has to compete other competitors?

First of all, from the spyshot photos, the 2014 M3 sedan doesn’t carry the muscular bulge look on the bonnet. That could lead into one thing, and do you know what it means? It means that there is possibility that the 2014 BMW M3 sedan powered by V8 in the current generation, or using the V6 is also possible, right?

The 2014 BMW M3 sedan might be running on V8 or V6, and yet we still don’t know whether those engines will be in twin-turbo or tri-turbo with extra one being powered by an electricity, not exhaust gasses? Wait… 2014 M3 sedan might be arriving in hybrid? Interesting… since we spotted the same hybrid BMW took test drive couple of days ago.

On the cosmetic parts, the 2014 BMW M3 sedan has bulging fenders which are very visible at the back where we also noticed that the track has been widened. If you take a look on the front fascia, its more aggressive as it features bigger air intakes and LED fog lights. Yes… the heavy camouflage sheet all over the body of 2014 M3 sedan can’t hide those unique signature of Bavarian headlights. Can’t wait to see this sedan in flesh? The arrival is scheduled late part of 2013.

We don’t want to keep our expectation high for the arrival of Bugatti Galibier as we previously reported that the sedan probably will get new power. Now, after the announcement that stated the development on the Galibier had to be put on hold because the available design doesn’t fill the Wolfgang Durheimer’s expectation. So, what’s new about the Bugatti Galibier?

Wolfgang Durheimer said that the not-yet-confirmed production version of the Bugatti Galibier sedan will be different from the photo we attached and from all the designs that you can easily find on Google. Wait, is this mean that Bugatti Galibier will no longer fill the sedan segment? Or will it be totally brand newly designed supercar?

We don’t know yet, but the possibility that the Bugatti Galibier will be emerging in the brand new design and won’t be in the form of sedan is much likely true. It all started when Herr Durheimer revealed that they invited Bugatti Veyron owners to test drive the current Bugatti Galibier sedan prototype. And did you know what they say?

What the customers say can be very positive critic for the company and that is what Wolfgang Durheimer believed in right now. Half of the Bugatti Veyron owners who tested the Galibier stated that they disappointed with the sedan prototype. No details if the disappointment referred to the engine, the design, or all above. That is why, the company decided to bring the Bugatti Galibier project back to scratch or reinvented.

Here is what Wolfgang Durheimer said about the redesign Bugatti Galibier, “I will suggest we continue development, but there will be some remarkable changes from the original concept. The design will be different, especially from the B-pillar back, the ingress and regress to the rear seats will be improved, as will the legroom and ergonomics, the car will be a little longer, and the power of the engine will be at least four figures.”

It was just five days ago we spotted the 2012 Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG for the first time and now we got another spyshots on the almost-release German SUV which dressed in sliver with less camouflage sheet all over its body. Just prediction, perhaps the three-pointed German automaker wants to unveil the 2012 G55 AMG and 2013 GL63 AMG at the same time as we spotted both have been spending time for test driving lately.

The first time we spotted the 2012 Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG SUV took test drive, we were devastated to hear that the roaring engine was not from V8 as we expected, but much likely from V5. It seems like Mercedes-Benz realized that what a huge mistake to mounted V5 engine for the 2012 G55 AMG and so they replaced with the V8.

Yes, you may jump happily as we found out that the 2012 Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG SUV ran the test drive with V8 engine under its rough hood. The engine probably in the form of an overdose 5.5L V8 equips with twin-turbo. That particular engine has been mounted to some of AMG vehicles and we pretty sure that it is the right choice for 2012 G55 AMG to carry the V8 powertrain.

Moving on to the exterior of the 2012 Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG where you can see enlarged power grille to scoop up more air. Also the mirrors have been designed to be more aerodynamic as they still carry the incorporated indicators on them.

Anyway, the German auto manufacturer doesn’t share the engine specs or what-so-ever, so we have to predict what powerplant does the Audi RS5 Cabriolet sedan have. Probably, the upcoming RS5 Cabriolet will be using 4.2L naturally-aspirated V8 which able to give 450 horses and 430 Nm of torque that coupled to 7-speed S-Tronic dual-clutch transmission and Quattro AWD system.

To complete the GL line-up, we spotted the 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG SUV did some test drive with less camouflage sheet on it. The 2013 GL63 AMG was doing the test drive at the road of Sweden. Again, the less camouflage means the new GL3 AMG will be hitting the market soon and it’s not on the facelift version as we suspected before.

So, what does the 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG has compared to GL55? We really expect that the hottie 2013 GL63 AMG will be powered by a twin-turbo 5.5L V8 which able to give power output around 540 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque.  So, that is why the V8 doesn’t apply at the G55 SUV as we reported that the engine sound on the recently spotted G55 not so much as we expected.

Enough with the engine prediction, time to see the exterior of the 2013 GL63 AMG SUV, shall we? In a glance, the GL63 carries same features with the E-Klasse. Rumor has it that the new GL63 probably will be underpinned by a stretched-out version of the current ML platform which unveiled in Frankfurt. To make the 2013 GL63 AMG will be carrying LED daytime running lights on the front bumper.

Inserting “AMG” name on the 2013 GL63 means the SUV will have a wider front bumper with big air scoops and oversized 5-spoke wheels. Moving on the back, we noticed a set of four huge rectangular exhaust tips. The 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG SUV will be ready early next year.
